I love my work with adults of all ages, including adults 55+, women experiencing postpartum depression, or sexual abuse victims. My practice welcomes adults of all ages struggling with a variety of concerns, and I use a variety of intervention tech.

I am an experienced therapist who specializes in helping people cope with depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis, grief and anger. I utilize EMDR therapy, along with parts work, CPT, CBT, PE and TF-CBT to help you work through and create a better life.
