I work to fully understand the individual and their unique challenges and tailor an evidence based approach.

My approach to therapy is client centered and begins with a conversation to get to know you, your history, identities, struggles and strengths. Therapy begins as you are able to trust me and the process and honestly share your thoughts and feelings.
Together we will explore what is meaningful in your life, face painful situations, and create an action plan so that you can live a life you value. Throughout this process I encourage transparency and open communication, as this is your life not mine

I often work to help clients change their relationship with their emotions from one of avoidance to acceptance. Using an attachment lens, I see value in attending to emotional injuries while also attending to the influence of early experiences.

I strive to be culturally responsive in my work, and place a great emphasis on developing a strong, authentic connection with my clients. I highly value collaboration and believe treatment should ultimately be adapted for each unique individual.
