I believe in person-centered therapy and seeing the person as a whole person. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Mindfulness and many other techniques are all a part of the toolbox I used to help you improve your mental health.
Together we will work to establish goals you want to achieve with therapy and develop action plans for you to focus on between your sessions. As we progress we will evaluate the barriers you encounter and celebrate your success.

I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Jungian therapy. I encourage clients to explore their internal world through shadow work while working to accept the aspects of ourselves that bring us guilt and shame.
I am a queer therapist who provides queer and gender-affirming mental health care, WPATH-based assessments for letters of support, &/or trauma-informed mental health support so that you can move forward in the way that works best for you.
