I take a collaborative approach with my clients. We work together to meet goals set by the client. Each person I meet with is the expert of their own story, and I try to provide insight and raise awareness in order to meet each goal set.

Broad themes discussed include family dynamics, inner child, differentiation of self, triangulation, the meaning and process underneath the surface, core beliefs, root sources of belief, and meeting goals and creating change.

I specialize in working with people who:

I work with individuals, adults and families, and all ages from 15 and up.

I became a therapist because:

I enjoy learning about people and their lives and stories, and I see change happen everyday.
